No server upload is required for the editor workflow. Files are handled in the browser session and exported locally.

Can every PDF object be edited?

The app edits supported native text, images, forms, and newly added content. PDFs with flattened scans, outlined fonts, or complex streams may need OCR or may be marked unsupported.
